what is difference between iis 7.5 FTP feature and http://www.iis.net/extensions/FTP

http://www.iis.net/extensions/FTP is called "FTP Publshing Service".

If I install it, do I still need to enable FTP feature?

win 20008 server wweb edition R2

what is difference between FTP feature and FTP Publishing Service?

    Thank you

Hi Gerry, FTP 7.5 is a separate download from (http://www.iis.net/extensions/FTP) for Windows Server 2008. But Windows Server 2008 R2 already has this feature built in. So there is no difference.
