Installation of IIS to Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3

I tried to install IIS to MS Windows XP Pro SP3, but it was unsuccessful. After beginning of installation (through "Add or Remove Programs" in "Control Panel") application demand some dlls (for example: staxmem.dll) in the directory "c:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386". But application wrote that "cannot copy the file".

    How to install IIS?

Does that folder exist?  With those files?  If not, did you provide the SR3 CD or alternate location?

Look for Wrox's new book Professional IIS 7 in your local bookstore, or order now at Amazon.com

Folder exists, and files (dlls) also exist in this folders. But installation application reported that can't copy this files.

I inserted CD with MS Windows XP Pro SP3, pointed to CD-ROM, but application didn't want to get information from it...
