Creating a website that can use resources of another web application in the same solution

    Hi,

I have a scenario where in my solution I should have one website and many number of web application (2 to 5) . My requirement is to have the website use the resources of the web applications but when the website is published the website should not have a copy of the resources in the published folder. Is there any way to acheive this. I am using 3.5 framework . Thank You.

Make your applications web services.  Nothing to do with IIS.

Look for Wrox's new book Professional IIS 7 in your local bookstore, or order now at Amazon.com

We need not use Webservices for this. There is one option where we make one parent website and have child web applications and after doing some configurations in the IIS it is done but I am not sure of it. If you have any idea please reply.
