It would be extremely handy under the new Advanced Settings options on the New Analysis window if there was an option to check only HTTP vs both HTTP and HTTPS. Quite often client are in proprietary eCommerce packages where we have no control over the content being on both secure and insecure versions of the website, and for SEO I only care about the HTTP portion of the site.
