Of all the errors in this software (which there are considerably less of in Beta 2) this is my biggest beef. If a page or image is missing it should be considered a broken hyperlink, or error not as duplicate content. The current behavior of the website makes it very hard to analysis a massive site that has a lot of broken resources, it would make more sense to have them in separate locations rather then telling me a .js can be referenced the same way as a .pdf, .gif, .png, and whatever else may be missing on a website.
