  Re: Windows Media Services on Windows Server 2003 Reply Contact Hi, Justin.  You can absolutely stream a live video with WMS.  At a high level, you will want to create a new publishing point using the Add Publishing Point wizard (see http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc772032.aspx), source from an encoder (see http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc731559.aspx) such as the older Windows Media Encoder or the new Expression Encoder 3 (see http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/forpros/encoder/default.mspx).  I hope this helps you get started. -Chris Chris Knowlton Program Manager, IIS Media Services blog: http://blogs.iis.net/chriskno
