  dkiewra Joined on 08-31-2009, 7:17 PM Posts 2	Cannot conenct IIS 5.1Port 25 with XP SP3 Reply Contact I cannot conenct to IIS 5.1 on a new PCrunning XPSP3.  I port-scanned it and nothing is blocking 25 but it does not respond to telnets to that port.  Is this a know issue? ANy work-around? Is there a download for IIS 6?

No.  IIS versions are tied to the operating system.  IIS 6 is Windows Server 2003.
