    Internet information services 5.1 failed to install

    I am trying to download the web platform installer; however, it stops when the internet information services 5.1 fails to install.  Please advice

    Hi

    Do you receive any errors ?

    Can you post the results from the WebPI  installation log ?

    The IIS installation log can be found here c:\windows\iis6.log ?

    What version of XP are  you running , If Windows XP Home , IIS does not install on this.
