    Help from Microsoft?

I wonder where we that use media services like smooth streaming and other products can get any help from Microsoft? This forum isn't very good for getting answers and help regarding tricky questions and potential bug, so where should a company that I represent turn to get any answers?

Some of our problems are showstoppers and need attention. We are serving real customers with new technology. Shouldn’t Microsoft take extra care of us so we can help to increase adoption of the new technology, and not only focus on big companies?!

I appreciate your honesty, can you list showstoppers, issues you are seeing or experiencing?  That would be a first step.  I imagine you can contact support services for further assistance if you are experiencing an issue.

If you carefully take a look at the download pages like this one, you will notice that Microsoft offers more than forum based support for most of these IIS add-ons shipped by us (plus Email, Phone, Knowledge base).

So if you already have support contract with Microsoft, don't hesitate to open a case via http://support.microsoft.com or our support hot line. Even if you don't, you will find from our support portal related instructions on how to get assistance.
