    ASP.NET\ Requests Wait Time

    When I run my performance counters to assess if my IIS 6.0 web server is performing optimally my ASP.NET\ Requests Wait Time value averages 7.6 ... I cannot seem to find the threshold or the optimal value for this counter. Can someone please give me some advice on this counter and if the value indicates a performance issue.
