If you don't know how to check .net framework version of application pool then you can use any of the following threads 1. http://forums.iis.net/t/1152017.aspx  2. http://forums.iis.net/p/1156109/1897274.aspx And for how to enable freb logs you can use following information 1. http://learn.iis.net/page.aspx/167/how-to-enable-failed-request-tracing-for-unc-hosting/ Let me know if you need more information.
