Hi Y'all,
Downloaded and installed WPI no problem, picked items, started downloading.
My normal download speed is 300-350 kB/sec,
WPI is downloading around 50 kB/sec.
What did I do wrong?
Thanks!

Hi Mark
Webpi uses Wininet (same libraries as Internet Explorer) to make a connection over Http so any downloads you via this should be the same as in the browser. There is nothing that can be done within Webpi to change or influence speeds. The only think I could think of is that if you are trying to select multple installations these could download concurrently possibly affecting your measurements.
How are you measuring this ?
Thanks,
Richard
I'm just watching du meter. It was my first use of wpi
so I was downloading a LOT of stuff, but it looked like
it was doing them one at a time.

Mark,
You are correct the downloads are one at a time and while that is happening an installation could be occurring. My only guess from this is perhaps the overhead of the concurrent installations may have affected overall machine performance.
