    How to configure?

    I am installing actually a WIN 2008 Server which IIS 7 to use as my webserver. I am not sure, do I have to activate/setup Active Directory and DNS?

     Do I have to use a static Domain address... or should I leave the Dynamic one?

    How / where do I find out my IP address?

    Thanks for your help.

    You don't need AD or DNS for IIS to run.

    Your domain registration and DNS will tell you which IP is pointing to your domain.
