  ASP.NET 1.1 & Flex Reply Contact Hi, I've created RIA using Flex 3 (about 2Mb) and ASP.NET 1.1 and published it to IIS 6. All worked ok and then we migrate to Windows 2008 server and IIS 7. Now we have such trouble. If we work in local network application work correct. But if we try to start this application from internet and have limitation about 50 kbytes/s internet browser (IE 8 and FF 3) couldn't download Flex application only part of the swf file load (about 700kb). In firebug we'll see 200 status of swf file request. If we reload this page we'll see 206 status of swf. And if we reload the page once more we'll get full swf. We have Windows 2008 Enterprise edition. I've turned on Failed request logging. In the xml file I have such description: Failure Reason TIME_TAKEN Final Status 200 Time Taken 20062 Could you help to solve this problem?
