    Where are the log names?

I cannot seem to find where the log names are located for each respective log folder.

For example, in previous versions of IIS you could view the properties of the web, click properties under logging, and under "log file name" it would show you what IIS named that particular log folder. (W3SVC2398347389 for example)

Where do I find this equivalent in IIS 7?

In the IIS manager, click on the word 'sites' in the connections pane. It's right below FTP sites in mine. In the Sites pane the number shows up in the ID column.

I liked IIS much better when it just incremented the site number instead of whatever random number generator they use now.

Ahh, so it's the ID number.

     Thanks!

Plus the logs have moved to c:\inetpub\logs\logfiles by default.  This can be adjust of course, but the old value was c:\windows\system32\logfiles.
