    ImageMagic needs permission

I want to run ImageMagic on my server to process images with photopost.

After the setup I see the Images are uploaded to the temp upload dir but when ImageMagic's mogrify tries to built thumbnails and medium images and write them in the /data/ dir i get an error saying

    Command:
    "c:\ImageMagick\mogrify.exe" +profile "*" -size 59x100 -quality 70 -geometry 59x100 -unsharp 10 D:/sprotinn/galleri/data/508/thumbs/Blom.jpg
I have tried to give user permissions to bothe the mogrify and the data dir but I allways get the same error.

Should I maby run ImageMagick as an application? and how is that done?
    Please help :)

    Re: ImageMagic needs permission

I am still having problem runing Imagemagick

I have given permissions for everyone and IUSR but I allways get an error.

ImageMagick is a free software suite to create, edit, and compose bitmap images using text-based commands. The commands can be issued from the command line, but more often will be included in web or desktop applications carrying out complex image-manipulation tasks in response to the user's input.ImageMagick is a popular way for generating images on-the-fly in web pages, whether it's generating thumbnails from a large image, or creating complex combinations of images, text, and effects chosen by a visitor or the web site's creator.

    Hi,

I would recommend that you use Process Monitor to unpick the issue :
