    Installing IIS7 with VS 2008 Installed on Vista Ultimate 32Bit SP1 Problems

     Very Frustrated,

     I have tried at least four times to install IIS7 and it will not install. I have tried to install Web Platform Installer 1.0 and 2.0 beta with no success. I look in the Event Viewer System Log and  I get an Event ID 4375 error at the time of the installation attempt. Also there is a kb955839 error message that has to do with a daylight savings time update, with the WPI.

     

    I need to install IIS 7 on this machine to do final testing before I deploy a website. Please help.

    Then if this way fails, please let me know if you can find installation errors from %windir%\iis7.log file.
