  1) Manually run the task to ensure the script itself works

  2) make sure the user account running the scheduled task has Logon as Batch Rights (local file security policy)

  I would look in the event log to see if any errors are popping up.

  Hi Rhino, Try this new product - File Pilot Copy (the web site is www.filepilotsoftware.com). There is a free evaluation copy you can download. It copies ACLs automatically plus a lot more (turn your drag and drop copy set up into a script, schedule it, select different types of copy functions, etc.) ...Doug
