Hi Rhino, Try this new product - File Pilot Copy (the web site is www.filepilotsoftware.com). There is a free evaluation copy you can download. It copies ACLs automatically plus a lot more (turn your drag and drop copy set up into a script, schedule it, select
different types of copy functions, etc.) ...Doug

1) Manually run the task to ensure the script itself works
2) make sure the user account running the scheduled task has Logon as Batch Rights (local file security policy)
I would look in the event log to see if any errors are popping up.
