FrontPage Server Extensions End of Life information

Hello: I’ve been searching for the following information in regard to the End of Life for FrontPage Server Extensions on Server 2003: 1.    Where is this information available at?2.    When will the server side and application be officially unsupported.3.    Is there a typical direction web service providers are going, such as Expression Web for the client and SharePoint for the Server?4.    Can old FrontPage extended sites be converted to SharePoint Extended sites? Any insight, pertinent information or tips would be greatly appreciated.  I need to prepare our users for the move off of FrontPage extensions and I’m curious as to what others are doing and what references they are using. Thanks Again,//Chad
