    Account lockout

    I tried resetting the password on my account, but after I get the confirmation email and enter the new password, I get the following error: Deactivated User Account The user you have selected to view or contact has been deactivated by the administrator. Why?

    Not sure why - your account doesn't appear locked to me.  Please send email directly to pharr@microsoft.com and we'll do a manual password reset.
