The website loads fine when I'm on the Windows 2008 Server with IIS 7, but when I try to access it from a remote computer by typing http://WebServerName/WebSiteName it loads a blank page.
Can someone help me with that?

You should check your firewall settings.(You should allow port 80 - HTTP and 443 - HTTPS)
Try to connect from remote computer CMD typing "telnet ttp://WebServerName/WebSiteName 80", and you will see if you have connection or not.
