    Logparser.com script/example repository

I'm a newcomer to this community, but from what I can tell Logparser.com used to be a separate site with a repository of examples. Might that repository exist, and if so where can I access it?

    Thanks!

Someone may offer a recent replication of those resources, but until then, there's always the archive.org site's "wayback machine". Check out the content as it existed at various times over the years: http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.logparser.com Of course, if you do a google search for logparser, you will also find many (MANY) examples, and really the best resource of them all is still the book, Log Parser Toolkit, available in stores and online. While now 4 years old, it's a classic, and the fact that the used price is still so high seems a sign of its continued value to so many.

I will second that the book is well worth the money. Next to the Perl Black Book I cannot think of a single tech book I have gotten more use out of. Keep in mind LogParser isn't just for IIS Log parsing. I routinely use it to query file systems, event logs, IIS logs and a host of other misc. logs.

While I've gotten good use out of the LPT, I'm looking for a wider variety of examples. I'll Wayback the site, and am quite familiar with Googling for LP examples. I think Wayback's going to be my best bet.

    Thanks all.
