is there an easy way to compare two IIS servers

Hello All! i have a situation here

there is a site running on server A without any issues. Got a fresh server and someone else built the site on it.  now on and off a com+ object does not work properly on this new server. now i have a task of comparing the IIS(configuration) and application on both machines (new and old) to see if that will tell me anything. chcking metabase would be of any help? is there a way i can query and get teh config and app details into an excel to figure out something?

     thanks much.

If the issue is with a COM object then it's unlikely that any IIS configuration is at fault.

What is worng with the COM object?  I there an error?

no error. it directs us to a different page than expected one. users feel site is is not working . we need restart the com object to get the site's defalut behaviour back. once the com object is restarted it works.

Not sure.. but I did used MSDeploy with -whatif flag to check if there's any config differences... on site/web content details.. COM however you have to manually check.
