    unable to create web site 'http://localhost/website'. Cannot access the web site's disk path 'Website'.

    Is IIS installed?  Answering on Localhost properly?  Permissions correct?

    Thanks for the reply Sir 

    IIS Installed according to instructions and video. Windows Authentication option is not present. Pls help me to configure and permit the IIS properly.

     Make sure you are a member of the administrators group on the local computer to perform creating site action.
