  BC31019: Unable to write to output file.... Reply Contact  Hi everyone, I am new in VS 2008, I have created a ASP.NET application and tried to run in my local computer, but I got the following error:   Compilation Error Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request. Reply Contact Looks like network service or IUSR doesn't have the correct permissions to the folder listed in the error.  Try granting the permissions and retry your test. Reply Contact How is it sloved, I have same problem.  I am running .ASPX file which has CSS include file. Compiler Error Message: BC31019: Unable to write to output file 'C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\ab\86b9cda3\a91d7541\App_Web_default.aspx.cdcab7d2.iuqrxbnc.dll': Access is denied.
