How do you restore the default web page after deleting?

I recently upgrade my computer from Windows XP, which was running IIS 5.0, to Windows Vista Ultimate (did a HD wipe and fresh install). I wanted to set up my development environment again, so "turned on" the IIS 7 features.

I was trying to set up a classic ASP web page in IIS, and since it was unfamiliar to IIS 5, I deleted the "default web page", thinking it was just some dummy placeholder that was not needed. Apparently this was the IIS7 localhost page...

I need a way to restore this page and all its default settings, so that I can add a virtual directory to get my classic ASP page running. I tried "turning off" the IIS7 feature, and then "turning it back on" but of course it doesn't restore the default web page, it just puts everything back the way it was before I turned it off.

I've searched for a solution to this issue all over the net and forums, and while I can find a few people with the same problem, the only solution I've seen so far is, "wipe your hard drive and start over". That seems pretty extreme. There's got to be a better way to do it. Does anyone know how?
