    Rewrite URI

I've just installed the module on my windows 2008 standard and there is no option to import apache's .htaccess. I've seen the tutorial and where the option is supposed to be but it's just not there. Please help.

I moved your thread to the URL Rewrite module.  You can use the free url rewrite module for IIS 7.

This forum has excellent posts, it might be worth looking around in here.

You didn't understand my problem - The option of importing rules from the tutorial does NOT exists. What should I do?

Option for importing of mod_rewrite rules available only when you open URL rewriter UI on a site of vdir level. It is not available on a server level.
