If you're talking about the Web Platform Installer, then no, IIS is not included.  IIS is only shipped as part of the operating system on everything after Windows NT4.  You will need the operating system CD to install it. It doesn't give you IIS. It may however, help you install IIS from your local media. Cheers, Bernard Cheah

If you did run WebPI to install IIS for Windows XP or Windows Server 2003, during the installation you will be prompted to insert the Windows Installation CD.
