Did you try adding the network service account on the 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files' folder?

Yes. I added the Network Service account on that "Temporary ASP.NET".

And I checked "Write" permission enable on the security tab.

But next morning, a user "network service" account has gone.

There's no such a user I just added.

I found another aritcle saying that "gpupdate" will delete those accounts?

I just do not understand it..........

Group Policy from Active Directory.  Open a command prompt and type gpresult  Look under the computer configuration to see what policies are applied.   If there is something else besides Default Domain Policy and potentially the Local Security Policy,

Thanks for reply. The DC actually has many OUs and I believe that group policy has applied

on each OU. But i do not have permission to look into it........but I will ask an administratior.

Howerver, what kind of group policy bothers my work?  The GP has scheduled to check all acounts???

Run gpresult on the machine and report them to your AD administrator.
