setting web server in IIS 5.1

I have a problem on setting the IIS 5.1 web server with my buffalo router. I have set up port forwarding to 8080 and set my IIS server at 8080 as well.

I use no-ip (i have registered the domain in system32/etc/host) to get the domain name and I can successfully load the page within my home network using the domain. However, for outsider, they cannot access it but they can resolve my ip. I would like to know if I miss setting anything in IIS ?

    Thank you.

Then no, you didn't miss anything in IIS.

    How about Windows firewall?

I have closed the firewall. I just found that I can just acccess the page in the server but not other computers connecting to the same router.....

    any clues about this?

    Thank you

maybe your isp block http traffic? have you check with them? or do some open port checking from the net?
