Waqas Windows XP Professional doesnt run IIS 6 until you are using the 64 bit version of XP ... are you using IIS 5.1??

When you say users are not recieving the page... what error are they recieving ... that might take you in the right direction...

When the client complaint about this error, Are you able to browse on the server itself where the website is hosted?

From client side, this might be related to Network as well, can you check you are able to browse other sites from the same client machine?

Also check event logs on IIS box, look for "process/exe terminated" errors.

    HTH.

Waqas... at the time of failure you need to check from your server machine, if the page can be browsed or not..

Secondly ... goto IE->Tools->Internet Options->Advanced.... uncheck Show Friendly HTTP error messages and then check what error you recieve both on your server and on the user's machine....
