PHP & slow connections on IIS

I have a PHP application that lets users download files of varying sizes.  Using a broadband connection I have no problem downloading 50 MB files, however if I throttled back my connection to 56.6 k and try to download the file it stops after 2 MB or about four minutes or so.  Does anyone have any idea how I can remedy this?

    Thanks,
    Jim

Well this may happen in some cases when script time/session time value is small [or when it does not match with the one required for application]. But as you said you are able to download it with broadband connection that means its not a script time out issue.
