It looks something like: appcmd.exe set config -section:system.webServer/handlers /+"[name='*.php',path='c:\php\php-cgi.exe',verb='*',modules='FastCgiModule']" /commit:apphost http://blogs.iis.net/bills/archive/2008/06/01/how-do-i-script-automate-iis7-configuration.aspx
