    SSL general redirect

We have a handful of websites that are unrelated to the other. All are protected by SSL.

We would like to redirect users that try on port 80 to the SSL version autmatically. I would like to have the page be general so used for all applications. I assume I can do this with the custom error pages, although, I noticed they only take .html files.

We cannot use the javascript version in case customer's have js disabled. Ideas?
