    POST UPDATE: Please download the RTW version of URL Rewrite Module which contains the fix for the bug described below. 

    There have been a few posts on this forum about a bug in Microsoft URL Rewrite Module for IIS 7.0 Go Live, which caused incorrect rewriting of URLs with non-ASCII characters. To unblock customers who've run into this bug, IIS team has provided a fixed version of the module's runtime library, that can be downloaded from the following locations:

    Microsoft URL Rewrite Module for IIS 7.0 - x86

    Microsoft URL Rewrite Module for IIS 7.0 - amd64
