  Server migrate - Problem in IIS Reply Contact Hi Members, I recently moved my website from physical server (Development) to another VM ware (Develpoment). But I wasn't able to run my website in IIS framework 1.1. I've checked several turns for the similarity of the settings in both the IIS. Even I face some problem in opening up the solution file in Visual Studio 2003. I feel there is some properties to be changed for both the IIS and Visual Studios. Could you let me know as what are the necessary steps or procedure to be followed while we move application from one server to other. Any suggestion are welcome. Thanks,

The lack of detail in your responses makes it impossible for anyone else to get an idea of how to fix your problem. What is the nature of the error?  Remove the error page and report back with the full text of the error you receive.  Make sure friendly error messages are turned off in IE.
