    IIS7 - Vista - 404.3

I am still getting a 404.3 error with ASPX pages. ColdFusion works great. I have tried several checks. Here is what I have tried so far:

    1) control panel > programs and features > turn windows features on an off >
I have tried the Web Management Tools settings and the Worl Wide Web Services settings

    2) from the from the IIS manager I've checked Handler Mappings which are set to 1.1. the default website does not have an aspx handler mapping

I'm ready to give up and go back to XP and IIS6 to develop on.

    Anyone else experience this?

Does Microsoft offer a step-by-step guide to get an ASPX page to work with their web server?

This is such a waste of time, effort and money. Sorry .. this is frustrating. Any help is appreciated!!

    Re: IIS7 - Vista - 404.3

Can you make sure if the IIS7's ASP.NET feature is installed?

Start -> Run -> appwiz.cpl -> Turn Windows features on or off -> Internet Information Services -> World Wide Web Services -> Application Development Features -> ASP.NET

If it is not, install it and try your .aspx page again.

    Thanks,
