Microsoft URL Rewrite Module and Joomla possible?

I was wondering if anyone has a solution to get SEF URLs to work with Joomla under IIS7 and this module.  Any feedback would be most welcomed.

I don't know about this module in particular.

But there are other rewrite filters available that work.  For example, IIRF:

Yes it works GREAT!! I had it installed and a rewrite rule put in. All I had to do was enable all 3 YES's in the joomla global config for SEF URLS

Only thing I need help with is how to change the page suffix in my SEF URLS from [.html] to [.php]. Normally I wouldnt need to but... we are migrating a site from linux to IIS7 and they rank very well on the search engines. I dont want to risk losing the rank by the 404's that will happen. I supose I could put in some 301's (redirects) but that's an area I know nothing about.

Does anyone know if it is possible to make a rule that rewrites the suffix to [.php] instead of [.html]? I am not sure if the sufix comes from joomla or IIS. I think joomla but not sure.

     :)
