Complete certificate request failed

When i tried to do Complete certificate request,i'm getting follwoing error.

CertEnroll::CX509Enrollment::p_InstallResponse:ASNI bad tag value met.0x8009310b(ASN:267)

for my own clarification. Did you generate the CSR inside IIS Manager or a MMC console with the certificates applet snap-in?

Generated CSR using IIS Manager.
