  My IIS doesn't work!!It's about Puny Code Reply Contact My English is very poor.And My system'langeuage is chinese,so 中文说明: 我使用的是中文域名。 我在添加网站后,设置网站绑定,我输入了Puny Code(如果输入中文域名，完全不起作用，一般来说都是要输入Puny Code),然后点击启动.IIS就报错了：值不在预期的范围内。 但是，我听说别人用IIS6能够架设成功（网上一些教程用IIS6都能够架设成功），这个是什么回事？   英文说明部分，请懂得中英两语的人帮我修改一下！   English : I use The Chinese Domain. I add a site, setting site binding , I entered the Puny Code,then click the start. IIS throw error: the value is not expected range. But, I have heard that other people can  open successfully by IIS6! Why?
