Webdav with IIS6 (Access denied issue)

Hi,

I have enabled webdav on my IIS server. I have created a virtual directory which is pointing to a shared folder on some other machine than the web server. I have checked 'Always use the authenticated user's credentials when valiadting access to the network directory'. Under 'Directory Security' I have checked 'Windows Integrated Authentication'. I have NTFS setup on the file server. Now when I try to access the website site from client machine, i get the credential dialog box and I enter the creds. This dialog box appears three times and utimately I get Access denied error message. I have all the required permissions on both the servers. Can someone please point me where it might be going wrong?

Ensure "webclient" service is running on client machine. Ensure you are not trying to access the webdav url with "https" as this is not supported. Ensure you are entering the same credentials on the client dialog box, as was configured in IIS when creating the virtual directory.
