  MSDeploy Very Slow Sometimes Reply Contact Just wondering if anybody any ideas on an issue I've run into while using MSDeploy. Our websites are first deployed to a development server, then an alpha server, and then a beta server, and each server has the same settings.  When I deploy to the development server it takes about 25 minutes, but when I deploy the same site to alpha and beta, it takes 5 hours.  I'm researching this on my end, but in the meantime I'm just throwing this out there in case anyone has seen this happen before.   Re: MSDeploy Very Slow Sometimes Reply Contact I found out what the problem was here.  We had a differant version of Microsoft Web Deploy on our development server.  The development server's MSDeploy installation was just called Microsoft Web Deployment Tool, but on the alpha and beta servers it was called Microsoft Web Deployment Tool Beta 1.  The only version I've been able to find on the web is the beta version. The beta version litterally takes 10 times longer to deploy for some reason.
