    There is an unsupported way to install the .NET Framework on Server Core... 

    Is the IIS 7 install on Core functionally equivalent to that of the GUI'd versions?  So if we have .NET on Core, then we have ASP.NET abilities?

    Save yourself time and effort.  Server core doesn't support asp.net as of this version.  Future versions will support asp.net is what I hear.
