    String Too Long

    Hi All,

I have set up a logparser script to analyse my sites web statistics. When attmepting to pass in a string of approx 10,000+ characters into the whereclause I am receiving a "String too long" error.

Does anyone know of a way to overcome/workaround this issue.

     Many thanks in advance

Use a shorter string.  Seriously, when would anyone need a 10,000 character string?

    Re: String Too Long

Thankyou for your response. Unfortunately I am unable to shorten the string in any way as it is the concatenated article ids of our site which is used within the SQL statement. I will look for an alternative way to bring back the results.

    Thanks
