    DebugDiag and IIS Hang Problem

    i faced a problem with our online web site, and IIS hangs... i have downloaded Debug Diag 1.0 for X46 and installed it... followed the steps on IIS hang and choose (All IIS related process) the rule is activated but then ... it generate a dump file with 0kb size,,, i check the Log and found:

    Script Error
    Error Code - 0x80004005
    Error Source [DbgSvc.Controller.1]
    Error Description [GetLastError returns 0x8007012B. Could not create dump file C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\DebugDiag\w3wp.exe__PID__820__Date__05_14_2008__Time_07_47_34AM__671__IIS Hang Dump.dmp for process id 820.]
    Line 183, Column 4

     

    i though due the long file name this problem is caused  but changed after changing the path to "C:/"

     

    also it seems that it doesnt work on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise SP2... only SP1

     

    Any Suggestion are welcomed

    Have you tried the latest version of DebugDiag ?
