How to Simple Webpage on LAN Intranet with IIS 5.1 + Frontpage Server Extension 2002

I am using Windows XP SP2 and installed IIS with Frontpage Server Extension 2002 installed on my pc. In defualt IIS Directory "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot" I created "Index.htm" file. So Now this in my one page website and I can access it on my lan computers by typing my ip address on Internet Explorer Address bar.

    It is Very Simple.

I also use frontpage 2003 to publish "Index.htm" webpage with Hit counter (Frontpage web componant) as "Frontpage Server Extension Serive" option and give address to publish "http://localhost" now it publish the page. My hit counter also work.

    It is very very simple.

now i used some difficult task to do. I put Host Header Name with IIS Configuration tool i.e. www.test.com. Now I can access my webpage in client with typing address "www.test.com" inplace of my ip address.

It is very very very simple.

Now I dont want to use "http:/localhost" in my PC. But the problem is begin to start. When I go to publish the page to "www.test.com" it ask my username and password. I give it my system username "administrator" with no password. It again show the same dialog box.

it is not so simple although its very very very difficult.

Please anyone help me to publish the webpage.

You said it worked with test page?

Anyways, What authentication you have set on the website? Is it Anonymous or Windows Integrated authentication?

My problem is that when I publish my webpage by Frontpage 2003 to http://localhost it publish the page in http://localhost it easily publish. But when i set Host Header Name to any www.xyz.com. Frontpage never publish that page and it want username and password. I dont have any username and password set for IIS or Frontpage 2003.

How i publish webpage with host header name because if i publish my page to http://localhost, client computers use my ip address to access my page. and if i change host header name after publish the page the web component like hit counter doesn't work with www.xyz.com name.
