    Silverlight F***ing popup

How do you stop the silverlight popup window from appearing on every page of your website with every click of the mouse?  And I do not want to install it.

Do you have cookies enabled in your browser?  I'll need some more information to see what's going on here, but the general cause we've seen is users that don't have cookies enabled in their browser.  Can you give me some more information about the browser you are using and the security settings you have enabled?

    Thanks,

    Josh

I have the same problem.  Silverlight popover won't go away.  Standard IE7 with Medium high Internet security.  This is a new installation of XP Pro, so everything so far is set to default.  I thought clicking on Install of the Silverlight would make the popover go away, but no.

    Hope this helps.

Which part of the site did you have this problem on?

    (www.iis.net, Blogs, Forums or Learn)

Also, you say clicking on Install did not make the popover go away.

So, do you have Silverlight installed now but you're still seeing the popup?

If you can give me this information, I'll try and repro it on our end.

    Thanks,
