Set website properties using microsoft.administration.dll api

    Hi

Does anyone know how can I set following properties of a website using Microsoft Webadministration API.

     1. Anonymous User/Password

    2. Permissions (Read/Write/Execute/Script)

    3. HttpRedirect URL

    4. Application Pool

    5. Enable Dir Browsing, Enable Default Document, Default Document List

    6. Frontpage Extensions

    7. ASP.Net version installations/uninstallation

    8. Mappings.

    9. ISAPI Filters

I've just started working with the API and have'nt been able to locate any classes/methods/properties related to these in the API. Any help is highly appreciated.

    Regards

     Usman

Re: Set website properties using microsoft.administration.dll api

    Any comments??

Is this too difficult to answer or did I ask any invalid question. I know that I could do all these with no problems in IIS 6 using its Com API. I'm sure that these features if can be get/set from interface in IIS7,then they can be get/set from the IIS 7 API (microsoft.web.administration.dll) too.

    Regards

    Hi Usman,

MSDN Library can be served as your coding reference for Microsoft.Web.Administration.dll. Look at http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/
