What does "cannot browse " mean exactly?  Is there an error message you can share?  Does it just hang or time out?  Do armed bandits burst into the room and threaten you at gun point?

Exchange uses IIS.  If you have a single IP address on the server, they are trying to use the same IP/Port combination, so one will fail.  Add a second IP and use that for your web site.  And please, specify exact error messages.  We can't see your screen unless you turn it to face the window and open the blinds.

:-) sorry i was not able to elloborate that... i received the error HTTP 400 - Bad Request...but its working now i can browse now my website.. my only concern now is to make my exchange server work....so i think i will just use 2 different machines with 2 public IPs..to make my exchange and iis working...or do you have a better suggestion there. :-).. someone told me i can use ISA server to configure a NAT connection so that i can untilize just 1 public ip address. for my exhange and iis to work... thanks again for you expert advice...

     Hi,

You can use different host header values in order to run two websites using one public ip. Check whether it solves your problem.
