  Not able to access asp pages but able to access .aspx pages Reply Contact I have the server in which window 2000 is installed and I have asp.net applications and jsp application. Its running fine. I added asp application in the site, I got the error messages as filenot found 500, server error. when I disabled the friendly error msg, I got the error msg as Server Application Error The server has encountered an error while loading an application during the processing of your request. Please refer to the event log for more detail information. Please contact the server administrator for assistance. How do I configure classic asp in IIS along with asp.net in server. Thanks in advance Pri

  Re: Not able to access asp pages but able to access .aspx pages Reply Contact  Thank you for helping me, I found the answer, The basis setting was changed by some one, instead of Inetpub/wwwroot some one has changed it to different folder name. so the asp files in that folder accessable. But I dont know why it not working when I create a virtual directory. If any one know the reason pleas let me know I appreciate your help Regards, Pri
